Dawn Exton included a maximum in 19 darts as Cygnet beat Clifton 7-2 and flew to the top of York John Smith's Ladies League division one.
Sarah Jackson won the opener with two tons for 23 on which Clifton failed to build. Cygnet won seven on the trot before Jackson and Sharon Neads nipped in for another point.
Carole Layne and Sue Lowery triumphed in the decider for Brigadier against Phoenix 'B'.
Janice Davies put Ox on the scoresheet as Vaults opened a 4-1 lead but Ox's captain, Sandra Bruce, pulled one back and Tracey Watkinson with Wendy Shortle levelled. Bruce then joined forces with Els Brown to secure the match.
Leeman 'B' have a slender lead in division two after being run close by Half Moon whose Betty Jameson hit the tons while Sandra Agar and Clare White sealed victory for the pacesetters.
Clifton, led by Ruth Norman, beat Brown Cow 6-3. Britannia 'A' cruised to a 6-3 win against Severus though their 'B' team suffered a same scoreline defeat at Burton WMC whose Margaret Davis starred.
Hazel Flintoft included two tons in her win for Leeman 'A' and Jackie Willoughby with Linda Abley secured their 5-4 win at Shepherd.
Heather Green included scores of 132 and125 as Shepherd won 7-2 against division three rivals Woodman whose Stella Sear played well.
Carol Stone won for Puss 'n Boots to level at 3-3 with Jubilee who showed their strength by winning all the pairs.
Joan Hunter and Madge Steele won the decider as CueBall beat Tang Hall WMC as did Pat Price and Sybil Chiltern for Woolpack who were pushed hard by Leeman.
Carol Rimmer and Chez Roberts secured the win for Old Ebor against Acomb.
Dave O'Hara took out a fine 119 finish and Jane Evans partnering Michael Clarins collected the decider for Bumper against Cygnet 'A' in the York John Smith's Mixed League.
Cygnet 'B' won 6-3 against Slipper 'A', Diane Moreland checking 80 and Dave Smith gaming with 22 darts, while Slipper 'B' team's Ian Johnstone had a two-dart 100 finish in their 6-3 win over Three Tuns.
Dawn Smith's 24 darter was the vital point that ensured Fulfordgate retained the York White Rose Ladies League division one championship.
Jane Barnes hit three tons in a 22-dart finish that put Burton WMC 3-1 up, but Marion Stilgoe's excellent 18 darter enabled Green to get the title clincher. Joy Franks won the match decider which put Burton in third place.
Sun won all four singles and ran out 5-2 winners against lowly Bowling to finish as runners-up.
Skipper Elsie Blackburn clinched Crescent's victory against Magnet, while Janet Ellis scored 160 but was unable to stop bottom-placed Clarence crushing New York 6-1. Cheryl Fernandez secured the win.
Bumper beat Bay Horse 4-3 in a re-arranged match, then cruised to a 5-2 win against Huntington. Their captain, Rose O'Bree, secured the win which handed Bumper the division two title.
Their closest rivals, Collingwood, found themselves 4-1 down at Nags Head. Jackie Ritchie and Irene Bowes made the score more respectable but they finished four games off the pace.
Bay Horse, Murton, were surprisingly subjected to a 5-2 trouncing by Tankard, whose middle order, Anne Colliers, Julie Laing and Vikki Le-Monnier proved too strong.
Alice were 2-0 down to Fulford Conservatives but rallied to take the next four. Pat Turnham sealed the win.
Competition finals night and presentations take place next Tuesday at Crescent WMC.
