RYEDALE horsewoman Tina Bennett, 38, is down in London this weekend competing in the prestigious Horse of the Year Show at Wembley.
With her chestnut Arabian gelding Storm Gold she is hoping to win the Arab ridden championship.
Five-year-old Storm Gold, whose sire won the ridden championship at Wembley last year, had to produce the goods at two qualifying shows - in Derbyshire and Gloucestershire - to earn his place at Wembley.
Bennett, of Summit Farm, West Heslerton, near Malton, said: "Storm Gold is a young horse. He was only broken in in May, so for him to qualify now is fantastic.
"His dad took the Arab ridden championship at Wembley last year and it would be great if Storm Gold could emulate him."
