A MAN was due to appear before Bridlington Magistrates today charged in connection with the discovery of a body in an East Yorkshire lay-by.
The body, belived to be that of a woman, was found by Humberside Police officers last night in a layby beside the A164 road near Beverley.
Two men had been helping police with their inquiries, and one has now been charged.
He is 25-year-old Kevin Cane, of Well Lane, Willerby, who has been charged with preventing a decent burial of a body without lawful excuse and contrary to common law.
The other man, a 30-year old from Goole, is still in police custody.
