TEENAGERS can now consult a web site to discover the "in" places to hang out.
This service is surely superfluous. Ever since teenagers were invented, they have demonstrated a telepathic ability to know which street corners, shops and bike sheds were considered cool and which were not.
The web site may prove useful to an entirely different generation, however.
