THANK you for the intervention, for you have succeeded in the rebuilding of a wall in Anne Street ('Wall of words', Letters, August 30).
I have spent more than four months trying to bring about the rebuild of the wall. The caring Beacon Council did apparently little in completing the repairs for 17 weeks. Now thanks to your intervention, the rebuilding has been completed.
