AN INDIAN court has again adjourned the appeal of deaf charity worker Ian Stillman, leaving him facing another week before learning his fate.
Mr Stillman, whose parents live in Tadcaster Road, York, got ten years jail last June for alleged cannabis posession.
He has always denied the charges.
Earlier this week, his appeal was postponed after one of the judges disqualified himself.
It was later revealed he had a deaf daughter.
The appeal was rescheduled for yesterday - with a new Bench - but the court ran out of time.
It is now due to be heard on Thursday.
