A DEVELOPMENT of more than 50 homes is being planned for a York caravan park.
Persimmon Homes is proposing to build 46 houses and six flats at the Clifton Caravan Park, in Manor Lane, Rawcliffe.
Persimmon spokesman Ian Hessay said the development would be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroomed properties, including detached and town houses and affordable homes.
City of York Council's chief planning officer, Cliff Caruthers, said: "We've just started the consultation process on this application. There's quite a lot of work to do before it goes to committee."
