ALL but one of the swish four office units at Station Business Park developed by B1 Business Homes in Poppleton Road, York, have been snapped up.
B1 was also responsible for the highly-successful Aviator Court development at Clifton Moor where five of the six office units are now occupied.
The latest to move in at the York venture is Grantside Developments Ltd which has relocated from the Pioneer Business Park on Clifton Moor.
It joins the likes of the Valuation Office Agency which now occupies the biggest building of more than 8,000 sq ft; a base for Fibernet Plc and Inland Revenue which has taken 6,000 sq ft.
The last unit is being offered for sale or rent, with a freehold price tag of £635,000 or a rent of £13 per sq ft or £52,624 per annum, possibly on a 15 year lease with five yearly upward-only rent reviews.
Alastair Gill, chartered surveyor with marketing agents DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, said: "We are also willing to let the two storey building on a floor-by-floor basis."
He said that he had been encouraged by the number
of inquiries, particularly from businesses excited by the notion of sharing one of the city's newest business parks with the likes of CPP Card Protection Plan with close access to the city centre and its outer ring road plus plentiful car parking.
It has accessed raised floors for complicated wiring for high spec computer networks as well as being on a site targeted by BT as one of its broad band e-locations within the city
