CAN anyone in the Evening Press area not secure a better grazing area for the two whitish horses tethered on the central reservation on the Hull Road.
They have no shelter that I can see and suffer constant car lights in their eyes now the nights are darker sooner.
It must cause havoc to their eyes and their digestions must suffer after eating grass tainted by exhaust fumes.
Why are these horses kept there? Can no one help them?
