TODAY'S picture comes from Skeldergate - a place where York's distant and recent history sit side by side.
What is now The Bonding Warehouse, said acting director of York Borthwick Institute Chris Webb, began life as a place where goods where checked by Customs before heading off on river boats.
Chris continued: "The Skeldergate area does have an industrial heritage.There might be people who would say that is reflected in the buildings being built there today."
