THREE children face a £30,000 arson charge after a blaze at a York supermarket.
The Co-op store in the Ryedale shopping centre, Haxby, was set on fire on the evening of August 13.
Three 14-year-old boys from north York each face a joint arson charge alleging that they caused £30,000 damage by setting fire to its rear door, windows and guttering.
At an early administrative hearing at York Youth Court their cases were adjourned until next month and they were released on bail.
