Selby Town and Pickering Town, two sides yet to taste anything other than victory this season, will go head to head in two weeks after both sides kept up their winning starts to the season in the FA Vase first qualifying round.
Selby made it six wins in a row in with a 2-1 victory over Northern League side Easington in their tie.
Despite being on top for long periods Selby had to wait until the 53rd minute to take the lead when Easington defender Paul Imeson scored an own goal.
Pete Collier scored Selby's second in the 61st minute to make the game safe but Gary Emmerson netted a late penalty for the visitors to ensure a nervy ending for the Robins.
Pickering booked their place in the second qualifying round and made it four straight wins with a 2-0 win over Poulton Victoria.
Goals in either half from Stefan Zoll and Gary Chapman proved enough for the Pikes, who will have home advantage for the second qualifying round clash with the Robins on September 22.
Back in the Northern Counties East League premier division, Harrogate Railway left it late to secure their first three-point haul of the season at Brigg Town.
Railway, who have lost just once in their opening four league games, almost let slip a 2-0 lead after Phil Walker and Jan McLean had put them in pole position with just 25 minutes on the clock.
Simon Drayton andPeter Lytollis levelled matters for the home side midway through the second-half only for super-sub Steve Davey to seal the win for Railway in the 90th minute.
A late Andy Flounders strike ten minutes from time was not enough for Goole, who lost 2-1 at Glapwell.
In the NECL division one, Steve Jowett's solitary strike was enough for Yorkshire Amateurs at home to Tadcaster Albion.
In the UniBond first division, former York City striker Iain Dunn was Harrogate Town's match winner at home to Trafford.
Another ex-Minsterman, Ian Blackstone, also had a hand in the goal, which came just three minutes from time.
In the West Yorkshire League, Nestle Rowntree suffered their second successive defeat and saw their title hopes suffer a massive dent even at this early stage of the season as they went down 3-1 to defending champions Carlton.
Trees', blighted by injury and suspension, have now lost three games this season while Carlton have dropped just two points from a possible 21.
Vernal Blair proved the matchwinner for Carlton by claiming a hat-trick.
Ace marksman Brent Terry replied for the York side.
Trees defeat enabled Pontefract Sports and Social Club to climb into second place after their 5-1 thumping of Ripon City Magnets.
Knaresborough Town carried on from they left-off following their midweek triumph over Rowntrees when winning by the odd goal in five at home to Beeston St Anthony's.
Following their 6-2 triumph at Rothwell Athletic seven days earlier, York RI were brought back down to earth with a thump as they crashed 6-1 at home to Baildon Trinity Athletic in divison one.
