RAY McInally produced the perfect solution to win the York John Smith's Men's League Individual title.
The Poacher player was one down in the best-of-five final due to a determined 103 finish for 18 darts from Green Tree's Gary Wensley.
But McInally calmly countered with a fine 20 darts, a splendid 17 and a tremendous 13 comprising 85, 140, 140, 120 double eight.
Trafalgar's Paul Keers partnered Kelvin Frankel to reach the pairs final, narrowly pipping Wensley and Pete Green 2-0, but hadn't the necessary fire-power to take the title from Mick Willsden and Chas Ramsden. The Shepherd duo each included telling 180 scores to win 2-1.
Shepherd 'A', winners of division one, beat Lighthorseman, their division two counterparts, 5-2 for the team championship.
Lighthorseman chalked up the opener via captain Paul Langan but Shepherd scrambled to victory, including 21 by Dave Gibbons and an excellent 18 from Willsden, who was voted Player of the Season.
Barry Noble's 15-15-12 darters earned the Three Fastest Finishes award.
