HULL Zingari beat second-placed Goole Town by six wickets to be crowned kings of division two.
Goole's Andrew Smith made 55 but his team was dismissed for 130 as Andy Hampson bagged 5 for 43 and Kevin Deighton netted 4 for 47.
Damon Rowan made 65 to steer Hull to the title.
Bottom placed Civil Service gained full batting points when they made 202 for 8 at Tadcaster Magnet with Nick Olney hitting 87.
Tadcaster's reply made a faltering start as they lost two wickets for 32 but Mark Alford and Robert Hill then combined in an unbroken match-winning stand of 172 for the third wicket which saw Alford hit his maiden century as he reached 103no and his partner remain undefeated with 78.
Rowntrees continue to flirt with relegation following their poor batting display at Bridlington which culminated in a six wicket defeat.
Only Gerry Capelin (28) figured as Rowntrees were dismissed for 123. William Oliphant then made 62 as Bridlington coasted to a comfortable win.
Harrogate crushed Castleford by 164 runs at Savile Park. Harrogate made 228 thanks to Paul Hampshire (111) and Jeremy Henderson (54).
Tom Durrance and Marcus Fox captured three wickets each as Castleford were all out for 64.
Scarborough's lingering promotion flame flickered and died at Clifton Alliance where a seven wicket home triumph ended Clifton's relegation worries.
Scarborough posted 184 for 9 but Nathan Briggs laid a foundation for Clifton with 40 before Syd Corley (54no) and John Gilham(48no) took Alliance to victory.
