PLANET York campaign manager Laura Collins is practising what she preaches by swapping her car for a bike.
Laura, whose role is to make York the most energy-efficient city in the country this year, has put her black T-reg Citron Saxo on the market.
And she's started using a bicycle for the first time in ten years.
She says: "I thought if I was trying to convince the York public to become more energy efficient, I should practise what I preach.
"I used to ride a bike to school when I was 14, but haven't been on one since. I think I'd be safer on my feet, but I'm getting used to it."
