Tadcaster had much the better of the day and the wicket when toppling division five leaders York.

Once they broke the second wicket partnership of Mike Hodgson and Pervez Ahktar there was no stopping Tadcaster.

James Kitson taking 4 for 44 and Phil Batt 3 for 10 although their figures would have been more impressive if Tadcaster had held their catches.

York bowled and fielded well but couldn't breach Barry Emmott's defence. His 49 not out saw Tadcaster home.
