ONE regular correspondent to the Letters column who I cannot work out is Dr Davis from Cockermouth, Cumbria.
This writer seems to do nothing but pull York to shreds or moan about things to do with our city.
This in turn makes me wonder: does Dr Davis exist or is it a pen name?
Does he moan or complain to his local paper in his own area?
As Dr Davis is always in York why doesn't he move here and put his moaning skills to good use and stand for election to the council?
Come on Dr Davis, become a City of York Council taxpayer, then I won't moan about your moaning!
P R Willey,
Burnholme Drive, York.
