A NAKED man was arrested today after being pursued by police officers as he tried to get away along the bar walls in York.
The man, who was first spotted in a back alleyway off Bishophill Junior at about 7.30am, was seen running from Priory Street along the bar walls towards Micklegate.
Officers caught up with him when he jumped down from the walls near to the monument in Station Road.
Meanwhile, at about 7pm yesterday, police received reports of a man "playing with himself" on a grass bank near to York City Rowing Club next to Lendal Bridge.
