A coroner and solicitor has had the case against him adjourned to October 4 after appearing before Northallerton magistrates. Jeremy Cave, aged 51, of Balk, Thirsk, who is coroner for the Selby, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and Skipton areas of North Yorkshire, was charged with four counts of obtaining money transfers by deception.
