Wheldrake took full advantage of their promotion rivals being rained off to move into second place in division two with a heavy defeat of Thorpe Willoughby.
Wheldrake hit 188-8, Simon Kidby the mainstay with 59, and then Andy Fairburn hitting a powerful 60. Rich Taylor was the pick of the Thorpe bowling with 4 for 52.
Fairburn took 6 for 24 and Chris Markham 4 for 28 as Thorpe collapsed to 70 all out.
Clifton Alliance joined the promotion race after beating British Sugar by five wickets.
Sugar slipped to 77 all out against Will Roddham (4 for 25) and Mike Pickering (3 for 8). The lone consolation for Sugar was a hat-trick for Paul Jones.
