YORK Post Office, York, Stockton and Hopgrove and Burn will contest the Horwath Pulleyn Cup semi-finals on Sunday.
Thorpe Willoughby, batting first at home to York PO, weathered the early storm to reach 35 for two only for five wickets to fall without a run being scored.
James Ledgeway was the scourge, the second hat-trick of his career leading to an overall haul of 5 for 18 from ten overs as Thorpe limped to 124 for 9 at tea.
A captain's knock of 67no from Ray Baggaley saw the Postmen home by seven wickets.
Away to Drax, Stockton and Hopgrove improved from a slow start thanks to an excellent 72 from Peter Fairclough and an unbeaten 69 from David Kerrison to post an impressive 210 for 5.
Drax were never really in the hunt against James Wigby and Nigel Collinson who returned identical bowling figures of 1 for 28 from ten overs. John Finch was the top scorer with 41 and Scott Simm hit 33no, but Drax fell 51 runs short.
Copmanthorpe overcame local rivals Bishopthorpe in the Scothern Cup.
The Bishops were held to 132 for 7, Andy Spence hitgting 28, but Dave Purdy set Cop on the way to a five-wicket win with the game's top score of 37.
Hirst United scored freely at Woodhouse Grange reaching 188 for 9, Brine top scoring with 46 and Stones unbeaten on 40. In reply Grange foundered. Despite the sterling endeavours of Doug Bartle 46no, the innings petered out at 109 for 8.
