STARGAZERS are invited to two talks on subjects that are out of this world.
On Friday, July 6, the York Astronomical Society will be treated to a talk on the subject of the 2000 Leonids by guest speaker Steven Evans.
And on Friday, July 20, York Astronomical Society member Martin Dawson will give a talk about the moon.
Both meetings are held at the Priory Street Centre and doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
Admission is £1 for members and £1.50 for non-members.
