Grease is the word for children at Forest of Galtres School at Shipton-by-Beningbrough.
But before they sing numbers from the 70s musical at their school concert, they will give a special church performance with soprano Lynne Dawson.
The choir will be on the bill with Lynne at a concert she is giving at the Holy Evangelist Church in the village on Sunday, July 8.
Among the songs she will be performing will be works by Schubert and Gershwin.
The children will be singing songs from the musicals Noah and The Lion King and others by pop group Abba.
The following night they will be back at school for a summer musical evening based on Grease.
Lynne, who appears at top opera venues around the world and sang at the funeral of Princess Diana, has agreed to perform at the church to celebrate the school's 15th birthday.
Also on the bill will be the Newton Singers and pianist Faye Williams.
Tickets for the Lynne Dawson concert, which starts at 7.30pm, are available from the school priced £10.
