Cricketing great Fred Trueman's sporting possessions were displayed in North Yorkshire as a tribute to an outstanding career.
The show could be the last time the public can admire the legend's blazers, boots and even the ball with which he took his record-breaking 300th wicket.
The items go under the hammer at a Sotheby's auction in London next month.
Yorkshire was given a preview of the lots at Sotheby's Harrogate offices, before the sale on July 18.
But prospective buyers could be bowled over by the price. The collection is expected to fetch as much as £50,000.
Sotheby's spokesman Graham Budd said: "Celebrity and sport memorabilia is becoming increasingly popular and we would expect significant interest in this collection."
