A North Yorkshire man has appeared in court to face five charges of rape.
Appearing at Harrogate Magistrates Court, Frank Patrick Andrews, aged 24, was sent on bail for trial at York Crown Court where he will make an initial appearance on June 29.
Andrews, of Coronation Avenue, Harrogate, did not enter pleas to any of the allegations. Three of the rapes are alleged to have taken place in Harrogate between December 1991 and December 1994, the other two in Leeds between December 1994 and December 1996.
