Fashion students will tomorrow be parading their designs on the catwalk as a finale to their courses at York College.
The students are completing two-year national diploma courses.
Marie Neal-Smith, fashion lecturer, said: "The designs are based on a very broad spectrum of themes, ranging from Alice in Wonderland, to Degas' Ballerina and even the 1980s Goths.
"All the students love putting on this show. It is the culmination of two years of research and design and the opportunity to showcase their own creativity and individuality."
The show will also see prizes awarded by York store Statement and The Company of Merchant Taylors to the HND fashion students, who have already presented their designs at Graduate Fashion Week in London.
Marks and Spencer will be awarding prizes to National Diploma students.
