A movie legend made a guest appearance to put the finishing touches to a York wedding.
Sarah Hudson and Ivor Brogan, from Huntsman's Walk, Foxwood, took their first journey as man and wife in world famous car Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
The special guest at the wedding, in St Stephen's Church, Acomb, was one of only three built for the film, and the only one still operational.
It had been brought over from Ireland for the day.
Ivor's mother Christine said: "It was such a wonderful day and I think all of Acomb must have seen the car with the music from the film playing.
"Sarah thought it was brilliant."
Sarah's father David tracked the car down after hearing that it was available for hire.
