Silly name, I know, but then it's a silly game. There may be a tenuous plot in here involving cute little bird creatures, but this is a fairly simple puzzle game. Simple in design, that is, but infuriatingly difficult in practice.
Quite simply, you have control of a spinning rod and you must navigate your way through a succession of mazes, all the time making sure you don't touch the walls. Touch the walls three times and your rod explodes, leaving you to start the level all over again.
While lacking the must-play-again nature of Tetris, Kuru Kuru Kururin is a pleasant time-waster of a game, though it should be released at a budget price if it really wants to thrive.
Overall 3/5
