Retired Harrogate postman Mervyn Hoyle proudly displays his winning entry in the Midlands round of the 2001 Classic Concours Championship.
The 1936 Austin Seven van bears the logo of his parents' green grocery shop, which they ran in Thirsk in the 1950s and 1960s.
The van took three years to restore to its former glory, and in that time Mervyn has also collected £100,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
