A recent count-up of the club standards adorning the favoured pre and post-match watering hole has revealed 21 are needed to ensure every Premiership and Football League club is represented.

Now social club licensee and manager Ron Dixon is prepared to give a free pint to anyone willing to donate one of the missing 21, which are: Blackburn Rovers, Bristol City, Cambridge United, Chelsea, Colchester United Crewe Alexandra, Crystal Palace, Luton Town, Mansfield Town, Northamp-ton Town, Notts County, Oldham Athletic, Port Vale, Portsmouth, Reading, Stockport County, Swansea City, Torquay United, West Bromwich Albion, Wigan Athletic, Wrexham.

The social club has already made preparations for next season should early Nationwide Conference pacesetters Yeovil Town, now bossed by former City striker and Scarborough manager Colin Addison, make good their ascent into the League.

The newest pennant to arrive at the social club is one from the ambitious Somerset-based club.

The Yorkie Bars, a group of Internet-surfing Minster-men followers, suffered an 18-1 defeat at the hands of Hibernian in their second round Internet Football League Cup clash last week.

The Bars were looking for their first win of the season when they entertained Luton at Oaklands Sports Centre earlier today.
