York Groves ARL Club will reflect on what could have been their final season in the Yorkshire League when they have their annual awards evening on Saturday night.
Groves, who have applied to join the Pennine League next term, will make their end of season presentations at the Castle Howard Ox pub, starting at 7.30pm.
All players, officials and members will be attending, and any past players and associates are also welcome.
Groves' fellow Yorkshire League side Selby Warriors are already making preparations for the new campaign. The cup double winners will begin pre-season training on Tuesday, July 3, and are looking for new players to boost the squad.

Awards presented at York Acorn Ladies rugby league team end of season presentation night went to Nicola Parry (best newcomer), Chantel Markham (most improved player), Bev Langan (Woman of Steel and Players' Player), Yvette Shepherd (Club's Person of Year), April Welch (Coaches' Player).
Bev Langan also received the award for being top try-scorer (11 in 13 games).
Acorn's other main points contributors were Claire Chapman (five tries), Gill Blackburn (four), Nicola Parry and Sarah Watson (three each) and Liza Miller, who kicked 17 goals in nine appearances.
York Acorn ARL Club Under 9s beat a strong Shaw Cross side by nine tries and six conversions to three tries and two conversions.
Ben Johnson won Acorn's man of the match award, but was pushed hard by the improving Jordan Hyde.
Acorn's points came from Johnson (three tries), Tom Worthy (three tries) and a try each from Anthony Chilton, Josh Mortimer and Mike Kellett. Conversions were added by Johnson, Worthy, Mortimer, Chilton, Liam Wilkinson and Stu Leeke.
