HAVING just seen the picture of the Thunder Theme Park in Friday's Evening Press, it prompted me to write and say what a great idea it was to have this fair on the racecourse.
Hearing my class talk about the great view of York from the top of the big wheel made me pay a visit. And they were right!
Seeing all the patches of green trees in our great city was enlightening. Despite reaching the ripe age of 50 plus, I remain young at heart through teaching a class of brilliant, lively seven and eight year olds. And the ride on the Magic Mouse was screamingly fantastic!
Please can we have it again in the future?
