York professional Kirsty Taylor was in magnificent form as she made the cut in the Evian Tour women's French Open at Arras. Taylor put behind her the memory of a disastrous first round eight over par 80 with a superb six under par 66 to be only seven shots behind joint leader Becky Morgan, a Welsh rookie, and Karine Icher (France) going into today's third round. Malton and Norton's Simon Dyson missed the cut in the English Open at Forest of Arden.
