York City have announced an increase in admission prices for next season at Bootham Crescent.
Entry to all areas of the ground will go up by £1, apart from the Family Stand where junior prices will increase by 50p.
It is the first time in three years that the club has upped its prices
Club secretary Keith Usher said: "We felt it was time to increase admission prices as they have remained unchanged since 1998.
"The £1 increase will simply reflect the general increase in the cost of living and inflation over the past three years.
"We have looked closely at the admission prices at the clubs in our division and even with the £1 increase York City will remain one of the most inexpensive clubs in the Third Division, continuing to offer affordable football for all the family."
As admission prices increase, season ticket holders will be offered a number of extra benefits.
In addition to guaranteed cup tickets, free reserve games, 10 per cent club shop discount and free travel club membership, season ticket holders will also be given free membership of the City Social Club.
In response to a suggestion at the fans' forum, City will also introduce a student season ticket for next season, offering NUS card holders eight free games.
City have again teamed up with businesses that will offer a range of discounts, including Browns, Fitness First, F1 Racing, North Eastern Tyre and Exhausts, The Pocket Phone Shop and Pizza Hut.
Season ticket application forms will be available from the club soon.
