Warning - only one more share in the 'people's racehorse' remains. So if you want to be involved, you haven't got time to hesitate.

Readers were this month offered the chance to own stakes in our racehorse, Evening Press, which is being leased off Norton-based trainer Tim Etherington.

And with punters jumping at the chance, only one of the 20 shares in the horse remains available.

So if you don't want to miss out on the action, act now.

As reported, the filly, who turns two years old next month, is set to race this season, with early indications showing she could have an exciting future in the sport of kings.

Full details of the horse's excellent pedigree and how to join the Evening Press Partnership, which is being organised by racing promoter Paul Clarkson, were published in the Evening Press on Thursday, April 5.

As reported, it is possible for a group of people to own one share, which costs £65 each per month, and it is possible for any person or syndicate to have more than one share.

The first payments start at the end of this month and the final payments will be on November 1.

For full details contact Paul Clarkson Promotions, The Paddocks, Strickens Lane, Barnacre, Garstang, Lancashire PR3 1UD; telephone 01995 605790; fax 01995 606830.

However, you must act now or that last remaining share will be gone.

For those already involved, the telephone hotline set up exclusively for your benefit is already up and running, with the first snippets of information on Evening Press's progress set to be relayed tomorrow.

The first of regular stable visits will be arranged for this month, full details of which will be included in the hotline bulletins.
