Thames Racer is like Mario Karting on water with realistic scenery and is set around three European cities - Amsterdam, London and Venice.
You start by choosing one of three game modes: Quick Race, Sightseeing or Championship.
In Championship, you race through the three cities using useful pick-ups such as rockets and turbo boosts.
The real difference from other Mario Karting clones is the realistic settings and amazing graphical representation of famous landmarks such as the Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament.
It would have benefited from a multiplayer option, but it is still fun.
