York City's Division Three trip to Shrewsbury tonight was called off just over four hours before kick-off.
Heavy rain all day in Shropshire left the Shrews' Gay Meadow pitch water-logged. Match referee Paul Rejer of Leamington Spa deemed the surface unplayable after a mid-afternoon inspection.
Re-arranged for a week tonight - Tuesday, May 1 - the fixture has now twice fallen foul of the downpours.
It was washed out on its original date of April 7.
