I REMEMBER seeing (on TV) the deputy prime minister up to his waist in Yorkshire floodwater and more recently him touring other flooded areas of the country by inflatable boat.
Obviously a very busy man, but it is hoped "Two Jags" has the right conception in mind for York's Coppergate II scheme, now it has been "called in" for his consideration.
His decision on flooding and conceptional urban planning could earn him a new pet name - that of "duo dingy".
