Ever been to a theme park and thought that you could do better? Well, Theme Park Inc gives you just that chance.
This is the latest in a long and successful series which, as ever with Electronic Arts, just keeps on improving.
You are given the role of an assistant manager of a theme park to begin with and, though you start small, you will be given greater challenges the further you progress into the game.
It's up to you to make the theme park as much fun as possible - and to make sure you bring in enough money to keep it going.
The same old tricks work here as in the older titles. Serving chips from a food shop in your park? Add some more salt so your customers go back and buy drinks as well.
You can also decide to go into camcorder mode at any time and then take a wander around the park to get a first-hand view of things, to try and figure out what needs improving.
The same goes for your rides.
Once they are up and running, you can hop in instead of a paying customer and see just how thrilling your ride is.
Proud of your creation? Then you can take a snapshot and e-mail it to a friend without having to leave the game.
There's a wealth of fun to be had in Theme Park Inc, though always of a more pedestrian nature, and the better your attention to detail, the more successful you will be.
Rival title Rollercoaster Tycoon may have stolen a march on the Theme Park series for a while, but Theme Park Inc puts it back in its place as top dog of the two titles.
