FARMERS are continuing to face the problems brought on by the movement ban on all livestock.
Sheep and new-born lambs are struggling to cope as the fields they are in become over-grazed and filled with mud.
There is a possibility of relief, however. Farmers can apply for a licence to move animals if their conditions are causing distress.
Applications should be made to the ministry of agriculture.
