WHAT can we say about the Evening Press? First out of the blocks, certainly.
Fast on the uptake, no doubt about it. A bit sweaty after a gallop, inevitably.
Our new racehorse looks good value to us. And she will add a touch of spice to the flat season for all those who take up the chance to share in her ownership.
The good folk of York, North and East Yorkshire, who take their racing very seriously, should have a lot of fun following the Evening Press's progress.
We are adhering to the foot and mouth restrictions, of course.
Now both Evening Presses - the horse and the newspaper - are champing at the bit for the off.
