THE North Yorkshire Moors Railway is back on track after closing for repairs and maintenance following recent landslides.
The steam railway service will be operating daily from today until February 25. The tea rooms and shops at the stations will be open during this period. After the schools' half-term holiday, the railway will reopen again on March 3 and 4, with a full daily service operating when the longest season in history starts on March 10.
The service was halted over the winter after three landslides made a programme of track maintenance and repairs essential.
