THE Under-11 girls of St Martin's Preparatory School at Nawton, near Helmsley, are again heading the field on the cross country course.
The six-strong side won the team trophy at the annual tournament held at their St Martin's school and featuring six other teams.
The victorious team were led home by captain Kirsty Liddon, who completed the mile-and-a-quarter course in 10mins 30secs, finishing second in the individual race behind winner Emma Pybus (10-14) of Bramcote 'A'.
