Continued heavy rain has caused severe disruption to golf in the York area, all clubs having been closed for varying periods in the past week.
Fulford's course has been shut since last Friday and although there is an inspection tomorrow, the likelihood is that it will be the weekend at the earliest before play is possible.
Head green keeper Mark Mennell said today: "The conditions are the worst I have seen in 26 years at the club."
