I AM disgusted with City of York Council. Glen Close flats were taken over years ago, but the council ignores its responsibility for improvements.
These flats are as old as The Groves, but have had no improvements carried out.
The wiring is antique, the windows rotten and some people have electric heaters that went out with the Ark.
We have been told we will not be considered for improvements for at least another three years. We pay our rent on time but get nothing done. This time we are not going away.
