ACCORDING to Mr L W Graham (January 26), Tony Blair fled to America to avoid the Commons vote on hunting and so he could deny responsibility for the outcome.
The notion that the Prime Minister fled the country to avoid the vote is fanciful in the extreme. In fact he was in Northern Ireland on important Government business.
Mr Graham may find it difficult to keep his prejudices in check, but he should at least get his facts straight.
