UP to 40 commercial law experts will converge from all over the world on law practice Denison Till in York which is hosting this year's mid-term Lawspan conference for three days from Friday, February 2.
The delegates - from all over Europe as well as the US and Venezuela will stay at the Monk Bar Hotel, in order to attend work sessions at Denison Till's offices, Stamford House in Piccadilly.
The last two conferences for this network of international commercial law firms met in Amsterdam and New York. Delegates will discuss various aspects of international law, including IT, e-commerce and human rights.
Gary Shuttleworth, marketing co-ordinator for Dennison Till, has also planned a gala dinner for all the visitors at Castle Howard on the Saturday. Tony Ridge, senior partner said: "This is an opportunity for us further to develop our international relationships and to add to the expanding volume of international work in which we are involved.
"This has included, within the last year, a major construction claim on behalf of Dutch clients, several commercial claims on behalf of Italian clients and a joint venture and share purchase for German investors."
