WILL it be third time lucky for City in the cup at Bootham Crescent tomorrow?
After the Minstermen crashed out of the FA Cup and LDV Vans Trophy in four days, York City Ladies aim to keep on the silverware trail.
The girls are taking on Hull City in a rearranged Knockout Cup tie at the Crescent (1pm). Admission is £2 for adults, free for children.
Ahead of the tie the Ladies rallied from two goals down to earn a point at home to Grimsby in the Yorkshire and Humberside Women's Football League Premier Division.
Jenny Garnett's 30-yard looping shot halved rthe deficit to 2-1 at halt-time. After constant pressure Garnett bagged the leveller and then with five minutes to go Kelly Chesterton put City ahead.
But home hearts were shattered when straight from the re-start Grimsby snatched an equaliser.
