WEST Yorkshire League strugglers York RI might have new men at the helm next week.
The club advertised the vacancies for a chairman and commercial manager after Steve Alford and Nigel Rhodes stepped down because of business commitments, and both have positions attracted interest.
John Raynor, who became first-team manager last week after the resignation of Brian Wilkinson, would also be happy to leave that post if a suitable new candidate came in.
First-team boss last season, Raynor had taken a back seat when Wilkinson took charge at the start of this campaign because he was heavily involved with RI's sister club, Volunteer.
He is again looking for the right man to take over.
"I would step aside if I thought it was for the right reasons and if it was in the interest of the club," he said.
"We're just trying to make it a smooth transition. There's been quite a bit of interest in all three positions and we're trying to find the right candidates. There's a lot going on inside the club."
