Dunnington will start the defence of the Hunters Estate Agent York and District Senior Cricket League Cup with a first round tie at Heworth on Sunday, June 17.
The Common Road side will be seeking to win the trophy for the fourth year running and will play the winners of the Osbaldwick v Ripon tie should they defeat Heworth.
League champions Easingwold will entertain Pickering.
The final is scheduled for Sunday, August 12 but the venue has yet to be decided. The final of the Edward Readman Memorial Trophy will be held the previous Sunday.
League newcomers Hornsea were first out of the hat in the Readman draw and will play Hull Zingari, another club who have left the East Riding Alliance for the York league.
Trophy holders Stillington travel to play Dringhouses.
The York and District Senior League team will travel to Wetherby on Sunday, May 20 in the first round of the White Rose Under-21 competition.
Clubs in the York league are urged to contact Dave Rippon, who organises the Under-21 games, with details of players they feel are suitable for selection. His number is York (01904) 635966. Players must have been under-21 on September 1 last year.
The York league are to enter a side in the Area Council's Knockout competition for the first time. Carlton Towers' secretary Stephen Carr will be the match manager.
Carlton Towers player Jason Schmidt has been banned for four weeks and fined £25 by the Hunters York and District Senior Cricket League after an incident in the final match of the season against Thirsk.
Schmidt, who joined Carlton from Pontefract League side Fishlake last May, was found guilty of openly showing dissent at an umpire's decision by word and action in the division four match.
He was also found guilty of ungentlemanly conduct, but a charge of using foul and abusive language was not proven.
Schmidt will be unable to play cricket thoughout England and Wales from April 28 to May 25.
